If you change your router's settings or password, or if other problems prevent the Robot from connecting to your network, you will need to reset the Wi-Fi connection. Press and hold both the power and dock buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds till a voice message says, "Wi-Fi has been reset and is now following the app's instructions to operate", indicating that Wi-Fi has been reset successfully.
