• Beijing One More Hour Technology Co., Ltd. (“We”or “us”) respects your privacy and values the trust you place in us when you share your personal data with us. This Privacy Policy sets out how we, as data controller, collect and use your personal data, why we use it, with whom we share it, the rights to which you may be entitled and your choices about our use of your personal data.
  This Privacy Policy covers our use of your personal data arising from use of the HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner (the“product”),

     2、How we use or process your Personal Data

• We will collect and use your personal data to allow your access to and use of developer Service in accordance with the purposes set out in more detail in this section. For user who live in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), it also identifies the legal basis under which we use or process your personal data.

3	Data collected when you connect HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner to the product APP: IP address; Wi-Fi account name and password; cleaning maps information, SN of HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Legal Basis (EEA): Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide developer Service	to connect the product and the product APP for the purpose of accessing and using developer Service; and to push the notices to you about local weather.
4	Data collected when you access and use developer Service: the cleaning areas information (the cleaning map; the cleaning history, such as date, times and areas); the using history information of features of developer Service (the charging information, regular cleaning information, cleaning mode setting, fault alarm information electricity information, voice commands information and the other setting information). Legal Basis(EEA): Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide developer Service	to provide cleaning service; to identify issues with HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner; to enforce our terms, conditions and policies; to improve our service; and to better user's experience.
5	Data when you share the products with your family, friends or other members, including QR Code of the product; the User ID or mobile phone of the third person who is shared with the product. Legal Basis(EEA): Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide developer Service	to achieve the purpose of device sharing among the family, friends or other members; and to better user's experience.
6	Data about the way you use developer Service: HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner SN, model and version number; IP address of your mobile device, automatically generated unique device identifiers, your mobile device information (device model, operating system information, screen resolution, network/internet status, CPU SN); the features you use in the product APP; error and crash log; the cleaning log of HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Legal Basis (EEA): Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide developer Service and for legitimate business interest	to identify and solve the issues with developer Service; to develop new and improve existing services; to better understand how you access and use developer Service; to do the anti-fraud screening obligations; to improve our products; to do statistical analysis and research.
7	Data when you communicate with us whether in person, or via email, over the phone, through social media or via any other medium, including: your contact details (this may include your social media account if that's the way you communicate with us); the details of your communications with us; the details of our messages to you. Legal Basis (EEA): Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide developer Service	to answer your questions; to show related data to users; to improve our services; to personalize our services; to improve our products.

     3、Why we collect your personal data

• We collect and use your personal data for a variety of reasons, which is specified in Section 2. We need your personal data to enter into and perform our contract and realize the functions of the product. Some information processing is required by law due to our anti-fraud screening obligations or in the public interest.
  Your personal data may be processed if it is necessary on reasonable request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defense of a legal claim. We will not delete personal data if relevant to an investigation or a dispute. It will continue to be stored until those issues are fully resolved.

     4、Who do we share your personal data with

• We will not transfer your personal data to any other third parties except as specified below, or in circumstances where you consent to such transfer. We may share your information with certain service providers (specified in below table), who supply services to support, improve or promote other services or features through developer Service. Our service providers will be required to meet our standards and the requirements of laws or regulation, and to provide the same or equal protection of users’ personal data as stated in this Privacy Policy on processing data and security. The data we provide them, including your personal data, will only be provided in connection with the performance of their function.

     Your personal data also may be transferred to other third-party organizations in certain scenarios:

• If we're required to by law, or under any regulatory code or practice we follow, or if we are asked by any government, public or regulatory authority for the purpose of compliance with a legal obligation or processes, such as a court order, subpoena or other legal process, or enforcing our terms, or protecting our users.
• If, to the extent permitted by laws or regulations, certain personal data may be transferred to our affiliated companies in order to protect the interests, property or safety of us.
• If we're discussing selling or transferring part or all of our business, the data may be transferred to prospective purchasers under suitable terms as to confidentiality.
• If we are reorganized or sold, data may be transferred to a buyer who can continue to provide services to you.
• developer Service allows you to share the access to your product by permitting other people to connect to your product. These permitted users are able to access the product and collect the data from the product until you withdraw your permission. We encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to permitting others to access your product because we do not control their actions and cannot stop them from sharing the data obtained from your product with someone else.

• We will make and enter into a strict data protection protocol by and between any company, organization and individual with which we share your personal data for them to process your personal data in accordance with our specifications, this Privacy Policy, any other relevant confidentiality and security measures, and the laws or regulations.

     5、Where your personal data will be stored

• We operate the business all around the world. As for the users outside the China, your cleaning maps information data that we collect from you will be transferred to, stored at or processed in the database located in:
• Germany if you are EEA user;
• United States of America if you are a user in the north America or south America; and
• Australia if you are a user in other countries.
• Part of your other App information may be stored at China. Those countries may not have equivalent data protection laws to those applicable in the European Union. We do, however, ensure an adequate data protection level by agreements with our database providers and by adopting other necessary arrangements, both technical and organizational. Wherever any error or breakdown issues regarding developer Service happens, we will give you a notice to request your approval to transfer some log data of developer Service to China for the purpose of solving the issues. It is in your sole discretions to decide whether to approve or not. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

 
   6、Your rights

• You have certain rights in relation to your personal data. We've listed the rights you have over your personal data and how you can use them below.
• The right to access and correction. You can access and correct your device adding information, device sharing information, voice commands information via the product App. You can inquire and correct your account information and other information provided by you, including your user name, password with your account information stored in developer user center at http://i.360.cn/profile.
• The right to erase your personal data. You are entitled to ask us to delete your personal data if:
  1. We have collected your personal data without your explicit consent;
  2. We handle your personal data in violation of laws and regulations;
  3. We use and handle your personal data against the agreement reached by us and you;
  4. You have cancelled your account or decided not to use our developer Service anymore;
  5. We have stopped providing services to you; and
  6. You believe that it is no longer necessary for us to have your personal data.
• You can contact us by the contact information as stated in Section 12 hereof to ask us to delete your personal data, and we will make a reply within 15 working days.
• Your right to restrict us to process your personal data. You can ask us to restrict how we use your personal data via the contact information as stated in Section 12 hereof, and we will make a reply within 15 working days.
• Portability. You have the right to receive a copy of certain personal data we collect from you. You have the right to receive this data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that we transfer that personal data to another party. If you wish for us to transfer the personal data to a third party, please ensure you detail that party. Please be noted that we can only do so where it is technically feasible. We may not provide you with certain personal data if providing it would interfere with any third party rights.
• Objection. You may object to our use of your personal data if we use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests. If you object to such processing, please contact us via the contact information as stated in Section 12 hereof.
• Canceling your account. You can have your account cancelled through the account cancellation of the developer user center at any time. Please take note that if you have your account cancelled, your account will be not used and relevant account data will be deleted, and you cannot log in your account to enjoy our services. After you have your account cancelled, except that we save relevant data as required by laws and regulations, we will stop providing relevant products (or services) to you and will delete or anonymize your personal data within reasonable days.
• Withdrawing your consent or authorization. You might withdraw your consent to collect and use your personal data by closing any equipment function. It should be understood that some basic personal data is requisite for realizing a business function and that, after you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will not provide you services corresponding to withdraw consent or authorization and not handle your personal data. But your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect previous handling of your personal data based on your authorization.

 
   7、Cookies

• We use cookies that identify your browser or device. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the user’s computer or mobile device. We use cookies to record information about your activities on our Website and to remember you when you return to the Website. You may set your browser setting to reject cookies and you may still use our Website.

 
   8、How we protect your personal data

• We are committed to keeping your personal data safe. We have taken reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security and risk management measures in accordance with applicable laws to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected against accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, loss or alteration, unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure or misuse, and all other unlawful forms of processing of your personal data in our possession.
• We are the first large-scale internet company which appoints the Chief Privacy Officer in China. CPO is responsible for various affairs related to the users’ personal data that our software and hardware products and services may involve, including formulating privacy policies for various products and services, reviewing the terms of use for the products and services, and supervising implementation of the working principles and data processing mechanism of the products and services. In addition, we have established a department in charge of personal data protection and act under supervision of the public.
• We transfer and store personal data using encryption to ensure the privacy of such data. developer Service uses HTTPs between our APP and server with 2-way authentication interaction to protect your personal data. All the video stream uses private encryption protocol for anti-hacking and anti-peeping to ensure the security of data transmission.
• If our application adopts WebView technology, we conduct URL verification on all file agreements used in the WebView and restrict the access to the personal data to avoid the malicious misuse of any private documents and sensitive data of our products without special permission.
• We have implemented an access control mechanism in our server end. We require our employees who may have access to your personal data to obey the principle of data minimization and examine the access list and access records on a regular basis.
• Our server systems used to store your personal data are equipped with strengthened safeguards. We conduct account audit and monitoring on the operation of our servers. Where any security problem of the server systems is reported, we will immediately complete security upgrades for the server systems to ensure the security of our server systems and applications.
• We conduct regular training on the relevant laws and regulations related to personal data protection to strengthen our employees’ awareness of privacy protection.
• If any destruction of our physical, technical or management safeguard measures occurs, we will launch our emergency plan in a timely manner to prevent the spreading effect of the security incident and will report the same to the competent authority in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. We will also notify you, in a timely manner, of the security incident, potential impacts and the measures we have taken or will take to deal with the incident, in a reasonable and effective way such as pushing notifications and publishing announcements.
• We may from time to time send you service-related notification or announcements when we consider it necessary to do so. We may also send you some advertisement or promotional materials via email. If you are not desirous to receive such promotion, please click the “cancelling the subscription” in the email, and we will not further to send the promotion.

 
   9、How long we keep your personal data

• Except otherwise stipulated herein, we will keep your personal data as long as it is reasonably necessary.
  We will routinely refresh our information to ensure we keep it up-to-date. We will store data produced by HONOR CHOICE Robot Vacuum Cleaner such as cleaning maps information and cleaning history for two weeks. If we are required to retain your information beyond the retention periods, for example to comply with applicable laws, we will store it separately from other types of personal data.

 
   10、Protecting minors’ personal data

• If you are a minor, your guardian's consent or authorization will be needed for you to use our products or services. It is recommended that your parents or guardian read these Privacy Policy for you and it is suggested that you submit your personal data with the consent and guidance from your parents or guardian. If you are a minor's guardian, you can contact us by the contact information as stated in Section 12 hereof when you have any doubt about the personal data of the minor under your custody.

     11、Changes to the Privacy Policy

• This Privacy Policy will be changed from time to time. If we change anything important about this policy (the personal data we collect, how we use it or why), we will highlight those changes at the top of the policy. Those changes will apply from the effective date specified in the notice We encourage you to check the Privacy Policy regularly for the latest changes. Your continued use of the developer Services will be deemed acknowledgement of the updated Privacy Policy. We will ask for your explicit consent when we collect additional personal data from you or when we use or disclose your personal data for new purposes.    12、How to contact us

• If you have any questions, advice, suggestion complaint about this Privacy Policy or any questions relating to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, please feel free to contact our Data Protection Department at: zh-service@360.cn. Generally speaking, we will reply to you within fifteen (15) working days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can hand over the complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.

• 一、 是指360扫地机器人与360扫地机器人配套使用的智能软件相关的、均由360扫地机开发的产品。本产品中相关的知识产权（包括本产品的一切版权、专利权、商标权等）均属于360扫地机。
  为了配合360智能硬件设备360扫地机器人，同时发布360扫地机客户端软件（以下简称“本软件”）。本软件只服务于360扫地机器人，不得用于任何其他用途。
  二、您需要明确并同意，如您违反有关法律、法规或《360扫地机软件产品许可使用协议》（以下简称“《协议》”）项下的任何条款，360有权视用户的行为性质，在不事先通知用户的情况下，采取包括但不限于中断服务、限制使用、冻结或删除用户帐号、终止服务、追究法律责任等措施，并且用户同意承担由此给360或任何第三人造成的损害的赔偿责任。
  三、您理解并同意，360扫地机器人及本软件是以保护家庭清洁为目的的工具，您在使用该工具时应严格遵守国家有关法律、法规、部门规章、政策性文件及公序良俗等，维护国家利益，保护国家安全，不得侵犯他人的肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、商业秘密或其他任何合法权益等。如您违反前述约定给国家或他人造成损害的，应自行承担全部责任（包括但不限于民事责任、刑事责任、行政责任等）。
  四、在适用法律允许的最大范围内，360对本服务不作任何类型的担保，不论是明示的、默示的或法令的保证和条件，包括但不限于360扫地机官方网站的适用性、 稳定性、无病毒、无疏忽或无技术瑕疵问题、所有权和无侵权的明示或默示担保和条件。并且，360并不保证本服务一定能满足用户的要求，也不担保提供的服务不会被中断，并且对服务的及时性、 安全性、出错发生，以及信息是否能准确、及时、顺利的传送均不作任何担保。由于市场及产品自身需要，厂商可以通过固件升级或软件调整的方式对产品的功能状态进行调整。
  五、在适用法律允许的最大范围内，360扫地机不因用户使用本服务引起的，或在任何方面与使用该服务有关的任何意外的、非直接的、特殊的、或间接的损害或请求（包括但不限于因人身伤害、因隐私泄漏、 因您未能履行包括诚信或合理谨慎在内的任何责任、因过失和因任何其他金钱上的损失或其他损失而造成的损害赔偿）承担任何责任。
  六、 您理解并同意，使用本服务涉及到互联网服务，可能会受到各个环节不稳定因素的影响，存在因不可抗力、计算机病毒、黑客攻击、系统不稳定、用户所在位置、用户关机、非法内容信息、 骚扰信息屏蔽以及其他任何网络、技术、通信线路、电脑故障、信息安全管理措施等原因造成的服务中断、受阻等不能满足用户需求的风险，并同意自行承担以上风险。对于用户因此不能接收视频数据， 或接收错误数据，或遭受的一切损失，360无须承担任何责任。
  七、您理解并同意，为了服务的正常运行，360需要定期或不定期地对网站和其他设备进行停机维护，由此可能造成正常服务中断、停止。 360承诺在商业上允许的合理范围内尽力避免服务中断、停止或将中断、停止时间限制在最短时间内。
  八、 在中国大陆地区销售的360扫地机均为中国大陆版本，仅限于在中国大陆地区使用。
  九、用户在使用分享功能时，请保证您是自愿公开清扫记录，使用360扫地机无任何您或他人的个人隐私，并确保分享内容内容健康，不触犯法律。
  如发现您使用360智能硬件所分享的内容违反国家有关法律法规，或被网友投诉举报，您将承担全部的法律责任，且360有权在不事先通知您的情况下，采取包括但不限于中断服务、限制使用、冻结或删除账号、终止服务、追究法律责任等措施，并且您同意承担由此给360或任何第三人造成的损害的赔偿责任。
  十、互联网是一个开放平台，您所分享的清扫记录 上传到互联网上，有可能会被其他组织或个人复制、转发、擅改或做其它非法用途，可能会损害到您或他人的合法权益，您必须充分意识此类风险的存在。您明确同意，自行承担因分享照片所存在的一切风险及后果。
  十一、360会就有可能向第三方转发的信息在用户上传内容前进行明示。
  十二、 除前款所述情形外，用户同意360享有通过提前30天（如相关法律有特别规定的且法律规定的提前通知时间超过上述期限的，以法律规定为准）以网站公告通知的方式中断或终止部分或全部服务的权利， 用户已明确知晓上述权利的授予且知晓因上述权利的行使可能给自身及其他第三方造成的直接或间接利益减损，用户在此明确表示不追究360因行使上述单方中断或终止服务权利而可能导致的一切责任。
  十三、因本产品引起的或与本产品有关的任何争议，各方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可将有关争议提交至被告住所地人民法院管辖。。
  十四、本声明作为《协议》相关条款的补充，与《协议》具有同等法律效力。

  本《协议》是用户（或称“您”指注册，登录，使用，浏览本服务的个人或组织）与360（360公司及其关联公司）之间关于用户下载、安装、使用、复制随附本《协议》的360扫地机软件（包括但不限于360智能产品，程序及服务。以下简称“软件”或“360扫地机”）的法律协议。
  1、权利声明
  本”软件”的一切知识产权，以及与"软件"相关的所有信息内容，包括但不限于：文字表述及其组合、图标、图饰、图像、图表、色彩、界面设计、版面框架、有关数据、附加程序、印刷材料或电子文档等均为360所有，受著作权法和国际著作权条约以及其他知识产权法律法规的保护。
  2、许可范围
  2.1 下载、安装和使用：本软件为免费软件，用户可以非商业性、无限制数量地下载、安装及使用本软件。
  2.2 复制、分发和传播：用户可以非商业性、无限制数量地复制、分发和传播本软件产品。但必须保证每一份复制、分发和传播都是完整和真实的, 包括所有有关本软件产品的软件、电子文档, 版权和商标，亦包括本协议。如用户超越本许可范围，对本软件各项服务进行销售或用于其他商业用途，360有权不通知用户立即终止向用户提供产品和服务，并依法追究其法律责任，要求其赔偿360的一切损失。
  3、权利限制
  3.1 禁止反向工程、反向编译和反向汇编：用户不得对本软件产品进行反向工程（Reverse Engineer）、反向编译（Decompile）或反向汇编（Disassemble），同时不得改动编译在程序文件内部的任何资源。除法律、法规明文规定允许上述活动外，用户必须遵守此协议限制。
  3.2 组件分割:本软件产品是作为一个单一产品而被授予许可使用, 用户不得将各个部分分开用于任何目的。
  3.3 个别授权: 如需进行商业性的销售、复制、分发，包括但不限于软件销售、预装、捆绑等，必须获得360的书面授权和许可。
  3.4 保留权利：本协议未明示授权的其他一切权利仍归360所有， 用户使用其他权利时必须获得360的书面同意。
  4、用户使用须知
  4.1由于国家实名制的相关规定，您必须注册相应账户并且于账户页面上提供相关的个人信息。您在此提供的个人信息仅是用于注册360账号使用，360账号是用户在360主办的360安全中心网站上注册并使用360安全中心网站提供的网络服务的账号。用户注册360账号需同意并遵守360用户协议。您可以按照软件说明随时终止使用您的账户，本软件将会依据本协议规定保留或终止您的账户。您必须承诺和保证。
  您了解并同意，本软件是一个应用服务产品，用户须对注册信息的真实性，合法性，有效性承担全部责任。用户不得冒充他人，不得利用他人的名义发布任何信息，不得恶意使用注册账户导致其他用户误认，否则我们有权立即停止提供服务，您将承担由此而产生的一切法律责任。
  5.  360扫地机
  360扫地机是为360扫地机器人（以下简称扫地机）提供软件支持服务的，是与360扫地机器人配套使用的APP服务。
   
  5.1 360扫地机器人的功能
  5.1.1 普通清扫
  用户通过触发扫地机的按键1或者对应的360扫地机App点击清扫功能，可以实现360扫地机器人对家庭的清扫功能，机器人会智能规划路径并根据规划好的路径进行清扫，此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
  5.1.2 指定区域清扫
  用户将设备跟360扫地机App绑定后，可以通过App设置需要重点清扫的区域，或者是设置扫地机禁止清扫的区域，方便用户根据自己家庭的实际情况控制需要清扫的区域。划定区域后，扫地机会自动到指定的区域清扫，不需要人工搬运扫地机到某个位置。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.3 局部清扫
  长按扫地机的回充键3秒钟可以实现对所在位置的2m*2m深度清扫，方便快捷。（2m*2m的数据来源于实验室物理测试环境，您理解并知晓在实际使用过程中可能会存在误差。）
  5.1.4 拖地功能
  扫地机为扫吸拖一体机，对清扫区域实行扫、吸、拖全方位清理，让您家的地板更加干净。如您家有地毯，建议您使用时取下水箱，防止弄湿地毯。
  5.1.5 智能回充
  扫地机具有保存轨迹的功能，无论它是否从充电桩出发的，都可以在完成任务后回到充电桩充电；当电量低于20%时，为了保护电池，也会自动结束任务并返回充电，待充电完成后自动返回进行断点续扫，当然，如果在勿扰模式设置的时间区域内，不会自动断点续扫。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.6 远程遥控
  扫地机跟360扫地机App绑定后，用户可以远程控制它进行清扫或者回充，只要设备没有离线，就可以任您指挥。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.7 设置定时清扫
  用户可以根据自己家庭的情况，在家里无人的时间内设置一个定时，这样扫地机到设定的时间会自动进行清扫，您回家即可享受干净舒适的环境。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
  5.1.8 勿扰模式
  由于扫地机在工作时会有噪音，基于此原因，扫地机为您提供勿扰模式，您可以根据自己的时间设置一个勿扰时间段，例：晚上10点到早上8点，设置完成后我们的扫地机在这个时间内如果被不小心触发了清扫指令，也不会发出语音播报。之前如果有未完成的清扫任务也不会充满电后自动断点续扫，等过了勿扰模式的时间后再去执行断点续扫，最大程度的减少对的影响。
  5.1.9 查看清扫记录
  扫地机的每次清扫记录（如清扫时间，清扫区域，清扫轨迹等）会被记录下来，您可以在您注册并登陆的360智能APP中查看您一个月内的清扫记录，您理解并知晓此功能仅支持您查看您账号下的清扫记录，您无权查看他人的。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.10 耗材&维护
  您可以通过360扫地机手机App查看扫地机的过滤网、主刷、边刷等耗材的使用时间和寿命，对寿终正寝的耗材进行及时更换，保证它的正常、高效运作。
  5.1.11 系统更新
  当有新的技能或者优化时，我们会通过更新系统的方式改善扫地机，您理解并知晓更新系统可以不断为您提供更好的服务体验。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.12 分享
  扫地机提供分享功能，您可以把您每天的清扫记录分享到其他第三方平台上，增加互动的趣味性。分享到第三方平台属于用户自愿行为，360扫地机仅提供此项分享功能。
  扫地机也支持一家人共享使用一台扫地机，您通过注册360账号登陆360扫地机app即可实现
  5.1.13  异常播报
  当扫地机出现异常时，例如被缠绕或者被卡住等异常时，会自动播放语音提示并且推送消息给App，让您可以第一时间知道。
  以上功能的实现需要您完全按照扫地机器人的使用说明来操作。
   
  
  5.2 本软件适用于Android和IOS智能手机，支持安卓4.4及以上系统版本和IOS8.0及以上系统版本，如果用户在安装本软件后因任何原因欲放弃使用，可使用各操作系统提供的删除方式删除本软件。
  5.3 您理解并接受，360智能会与第三方合作，提供的服务中可能包含分享，广告等，您理解并同意在服务中包含360和第三方供应商以及合作伙伴的广告。
  5.4本软件由360公司提供产品支持。
  5.5 软件的修改和升级：360保留随时为用户提供本软件的修改、升级版本的权利。由用户选择确定后，软件会进行升级更新，产生相应的数据流量费，由运营商收取。
  5.6 本软件不含有任何旨在破坏用户数据和获取用户隐私信息的恶意代码，不含有任何监控、监视用户计算机的功能代码，不会收集用户个人文件、文档等信息，不会泄漏用户隐私。
  5.7 用户应在遵守法律及本协议的前提下使用本软件。用户无权实施包括但不限于下列行为：
  5.7.1 删除或者改变本软件上的所有权利管理电子信息；
  5.7.2 故意避开或者破坏著作权人为保护本软件著作权而采取的技术措施；
  5.7.3 利用本软件误导、欺骗他人 ;
  5.7.4 违反国家规定，对计算机信息系统功能进行删除、修改、增加、干扰，造成计算机信息系统不能正常运行；
  5.7.5 未经允许，进入计算机信息网络或者使用计算机信息网络资源；
  5.7.6 未经允许，对计算机信息网络功能进行删除、修改或者增加的；
  5.7.7 未经允许，对计算机信息网络中存储、处理或者传输的数据和应用程序进行删除、修改或者增加；
  5.7.8 破坏本软件系统或网站的正常运行，故意传播计算机病毒等破坏性程序；
  5.7.9 其他任何危害计算机信息网络安全的行为；
  5.8 360将根据市场与技术的发展，向用户提供与本服务相关的各种互联网以及通信增值服务，包括免费和收费的增值服务，并会在相关页面进行提示。360保留对相关增值服务收取费用及改变收费标准、方式的权利；如相关服务由免费变更为收费服务，360将以适当的形式通知， 用户可自主选择接受或拒绝收费服务，并保证在使用收费服务时，将按照360相关收费规定支付费用，如拒付或拖欠费用，360有权停止服务，并依法追偿损失及赔偿。
  6、 隐私权保护
  6.1 360 承诺遵守《 360 用户隐私保护白皮书》以及适用法律的规定。
  6.2 360制定了严格的用户上传信息处理规则和安全保护措施来确保不超越目的和范围收集用户信息，确保用户上传信息的安全，确保用户上传信息不被滥用。出于分享清扫记录等目的，用户可以将自己的清扫记录向第三方平台进行转发。用户继续使用本软件即表示其同意向第三方平台转发，同时360亦会就有可能向第三方转发的信息在用户上传内容前进行明示。
  6.3 360 制定了以下四项隐私权保护原则，指导我们如何来处理产品中涉及到用户隐私权和用户信息等方面的问题：
  6.3.1 利用我们收集的信息为用户提供有价值的产品和服务。
  6.3.2 开发符合隐私权标准和隐私权惯例的产品。
  6.3.3 将个人信息的收集透明化，并由权威第三方监督。
  6.3.4 尽最大的努力保护我们掌握的信息。

  7、 免责与责任限制
  7.1 用户确认，其知悉本软件所有功能及360为实现本软件各功能所进行的必要操作，其根据自身需求自愿选择使用本软件及相关服务，因使用本软件及相关服务所存在的风险和一切后果将完全由其自己承担，360不承担任何责任。
  7.2 本软件经过详细的测试，但不能保证与所有的软硬件系统完全兼容，不能保证本软件完全没有错误。如果出现不兼容及软件错误的情况，用户可拨打技术支持电话将情况报告360公司 ，获得技术支持。如果无法解决兼容性问题，用户可以删除本软件。
  7.3 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对因使用或不能使用本软件所产生的损害及风险，包括但不限于直接或间接的个人损害、商业赢利的丧失、贸易中断、商业信息的丢失或任何其它经济损失，360不承担任何责任。
  7.4 对于因电信系统或互联网网络故障、计算机故障或病毒、信息损坏或丢失、计算机系统问题或其它任何不可抗力原因而产生损失，360不承担任何责任。
  7.5 在使用分享功能时，您需明确并同意是自愿公开清扫记录，。互联网是一个开放平台，您所分享的清扫记录上传到互联网上，有可能会被其他组织或个人复制、转发、擅改或做其它非法用途，可能会损害到您或他人的合法权益，您必须充分意识此类风险的存在。您明确同意，自行承担因分享所存在的一切风险及后果，360无需承担任何责任。如发现扫地机所分享的内容违反国家有关法律法规，或被网友投诉举报，您将承担全部的法律责任，且360有权在不事先通知您的情况下，采取包括但不限于中断服务、限制使用、冻结或删除账号、终止服务、追究法律责任等措施，并且您同意承担由此给360或任何第三人造成的损害的赔偿责任。
  7.6 用户在使用软件服务的过程中应文明发言，并依法尊重其它用户的人格权与身份权等人身权利，共同建立和谐、文明、礼貌的网络社交环境。
  7.7 用户在使用软件服务过程中，还必须遵循以下原则：
  7.7.1 不得违反中华人民共和国法律法规及相关国际条约或规则；
  7.7.2 不得违反与网络服务、360服务有关的网络协议、规定、程序及行业规则；
  7.7.3 不得违反法律法规、社会主义制度、国家利益、公民合法权益、公共秩序、社会道德风尚和信息真实性等“七条底线”要求；
  7.7.4 不得进行任何可能对互联网或移动网正常运转造成不利影响的行为；
  7.7.5 不得上传、展示或传播任何不实虚假、冒充性的、骚扰性的、中伤性的、攻击性的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、种族歧视性的、诽谤诋毁、泄露隐私、成人情色、恶意抄袭的或其他任何非法的信息资料；
  7.7.6 不得以任何方式侵犯其他任何人依法享有的专利权、著作权、商标权等知识产权，或姓名权、名称权、名誉权、荣誉权、肖像权、隐私权等人身权益，或其他任何合法权益；
  7.7.7 不得以任何形式侵犯360公司的权利和/或利益或作出任何不利于360公司的行为；
  7.7.8 不得从事其他任何影响软件平台正常运营、破坏软件平台经营模式或其他有害软件平台生态的行为。
  7.8 360公司有权对用户使用软件服务的行为及信息进行审查、监督及处理，包括但不限于用户信息（账号信息、个人信息等）、发布内容（位置、文字、图片、音频、视频、商标、专利、出版物等）、用户行为（构建关系、评论、参与话题、参与活动、营销信息发布、举报投诉等）等范畴。如发现、或收到第三方举报或投诉用户在使用软件服务时违反本协议第四条使用规则相关规定，360公司或其授权的主体有权依据其合理判断要求用户：
  7.8.1 限期改正;
  7.8.2 不经通知直接采取一切必要措施以减轻或消除用户不当行为造成的影响，并将尽可能在处理之后对用户进行通知。上述必要措施包括但不限于更改、屏蔽或删除相关内容，警告违规账号，限制或禁止违规账号部分或全部功能，暂停、终止、注销用户使用软件服务的权利等。
  7.8.3如用户在使用360服务的过程中有任何问题，可以通过App联系我们解决，也可以电话联系我们：400-6822360。
  7.9 请在确保自己和他人安全和遵守相关法律法规前提下，使用本软件。
  7.10针对某些特定的360服务的使用规则及说明，360将通过各种方式（包括但不限于网页公告、系统通知、私信、短信提醒等）作出的任何声明、通知、警示等内容视为本协议的一部分，用户如使用该等360服务，则视为用户同意该声明、通知、警示的内容。
  7.11 用户违反本协议规定，对360造成损害的。360有权采取包括但不限于中断使用许可、停止提供服务、限制使用、法律追究等措施。
  8、法律及争议解决
  8.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。
  8.2 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，各方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可将有关争议提交至被告住所地管辖法院进行诉讼解决。
  9、其他条款
  9.1 如果本协议中的任何条款无论因何种原因完全或部分无效或不具有执行力，或违反任何适用的法律，则该条款被视为删除，但本协议的其余条款仍应有效并且有约束力。
  9.2 360有权随时根据有关法律、法规的变化以及公司经营状况和经营策略的调整等修改本协议。修改后的协议会随附于新版本软件发布。当发生有关争议时，以最新的协议文本为准。如果不同意改动的内容，用户可以自行删除本软件。如果用户继续使用本软件，则视为您接受本协议的变动。
  9.3 360在法律允许的最大范围内对本协议拥有解释权与修改权。
